Who we are

Lamington Group has been established as a developer and landlord of commercial and residential property since 1967.

Today, the group has a significant asset holding and we continue to actively source schemes where value can be added through planning gain and development.

The group has a particular focus on expansion in the extended stay sector which is the fastest growing segment of the UK’s hospitality industry.

Vision 2025

Lamington group first entered the extended stay sector of serviced apartments and apartment-hotels in 2006 and now has a wholly owned operational and committed serviced portfolio in excess of 220 units.

This sector is now the fastest growing segment of the UK’s hospitality industry and our “Vision 2025” is to operate 1,000 serviced units under our room2 Apartment-Hotels and Lamington Serviced Apartments brands by 2025.

Partner with us

At Lamington we are looking for landlords, developers and investors whom we can partner with to capitalise on demand across the extended stay and traditional real estate sectors.

room2 and Lamington Serviced Apartments are looking for opportunities in all major cities across the UK.

  • Schemes should be centrally located, in safe neighbourhoods which are close to good transport links and plentiful amenities.
  • Lamington Serviced Apartments can occupy entire residential and serviced apartment blocks containing between 20 and 100 units.
  • Room 2 schemes require C1 consented opportunities to create design-led apartment-hotels of between 25,000 and 100,000 square feet.
  • For both brands we will consider turnkey lease agreements, joint ventures or straight purchase.
